I create healing spaces of authentic connection to help creative souls live their lives more fully, and more freely.
When words can’t express the depth of what we experience, my multi-medium art and play centered approach offers creative pathways to liberation and healing.
I support neurodivergent adults and teens in healing over-worked nervous systems in burnout, expressing and processing interpersonal experiences and relational trauma, and orienting towards liberation and creativity in its many forms.
My practice invites radical permission and spaciousness to be witnessed and accepted in all of who you are.
As a human being and a therapist, I work to honor differences, and center the lived experience of those I have the honor to work with.
You, and only you, are the expert of your life.
Attending to your he(art)
Neurodivergent people attend differently. The world calls, and so often, it’s not a choice to just look away. For many, healing is about coming back online to be a feeling, sensitive being in your life, and reclaiming our most precious and most mined resource — our unique attention.
Being yourself can be unsafe when you aren’t being supported and met in the world. The world we exist in is not built for neurodivergent people and sensitive souls.
We are the artists of our lives, navigating experiences of profound pain and suffering, seeking outlets to move through and beyond stuck dark places.
Together, we can take permission to make profound meaning, discover creative joy, cultivate inner kindness, and live from a place that honors our human authenticity.
Together, we can work towards living a life authentically worth living, for you.
Many of my clients seek to unmask, feel a deeper sense of relational authenticity, increase internal awareness, shift towards a sense of self-compassion, and tap into their creativity.
For many, therapy with me may look like experiencing:
Embodying your life, finding your voice, and saying no to a life that requires dishonesty to live.
Reclaiming your attention, and bringing that attention back to its origin place.
Reorienting to fear, and relating to how you feel with a sense of curiosity, from self.
Being supported and mirrored and held as you grow and navigate life with neurodivergence (by a matched neurotype therapist!)
Building safety and accommodation in the spaces of yourself and your environment.
Cultivating your creativity and embracing the power of your unique attention in the world.
Crediting yourself for the work and weight of what you have survived and created and experienced in this life of yours.
Relating to yourself with compassion, warmth and love, when what is true is hard to hold alone.
Honoring what is most true to your experience, and embracing life through your values.
